Dearest Erzulie's,

I am an emergency room nurse who was working for an agency a couple of years ago. Long story short, I was the only RN in a very rural ER when I slipped on a wet floor and completely blew out my knee. My knee was the size of a cantaloupe and I knew I would need surgery however I found out the hard way that I had no insurance coverage and the hospital that I was working in quickly ended my contract for fear of suing I suppose. So, no insurance and now no job. My daughter visited New Orleans shortly after that and brought home Renew oil after she discussed my problem with you. I could barely walk even with a splint and crutches and the pain was unbearable. I slathered that oil on straight from the bottle that night and wrapped it with an ace wrap. When I woke up the next day I forgot that I even had a knee injury because not only did it no longer hurt but the swelling was dramatically decreased. I continued to use it until it was healed and I don't plan on ever having surgery on this knee. Amazing. Thanks. I'm a firm believer.

I just want to say that the spiritual soaps are amazing. The Black magick soap for banishing negativity is really good. I washed with it, and my spirit feels so calm and relaxed. I most definitely wasn't feeling this way before using it so I know I'm not going crazy! LOL! I have had a lot of negative energy that's been sticking to me these last few months and knew it was time to rid that bad energy surrounding me!

Hey Anna darling!!!!!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Anna on a few occassions now. She gave me a very promising reading of a man that I am currently involved with. Not anythng over the top but that we had a very chance with one another.

On my third call it was made known that I needed some banishing work to remove the obstacles in our path. So, I ordered.

During my 9 day ritual I had doubts for the first few days but I pressed on. On or around day 4 I asked Papa Legba to show me a sign that he was with me and to please make his presence known and to show me a sign. I performed my ritual everyday and buried my offerings in a particular spot. Flowers are NOT in bloom yet and today when I was coming in the house I waled over to the spot to see if the birds had eaten my last days offerings that were to sit at the top and noticed purple flowers blooms directly on the spot as well extremely close to where my burial spot is presently at. I did notice a few days ago while I was performing the ritual but we ask for signs and don't pay attention. Today it clicked! This is Papa Legba showing me that he IS with me and letting me know that he is real. I have attached a pic for all to see.

I am so very thankful for this website!!!! I called a few months ago and had the privelege of speaking to the owner.. An Amazing Woman! She spent alot of time with me and although when I called I had originally wanted spell work done to reunite and reconcile my marriage I was told that she would not do work on us.. She explained in detail as to why and even though my heart was broken she gave me some of the BEST advice anybody has ever given me.. Hi Anna!

I ordered the ‘Fast Luck’ Gris-Gris bag and wanted to tell you what happened. I was interviewing for a job in my company that was much more advanced than the one I hold now. I have been interested in this position for a long time and so when it opened I applied. There were other applicants with more experience than me and I figured it couldn’t hurt if I felt like I was going in with a little extra luck, though I naturally prepared and researched the subject matter to death before the interview. To make a long story short I have been offered the position which was a very happy surprise! 'Wow' is all I can say. Hi There - Just wanted to say someone sent me one of the new APIARY soaps (recently added to Erzulie's vast repertoire of finely crafted wares), and they are WONDERFUL. As a crafter in my own right I tend to be fussy to begin with, and simply had to send a kudos for the apiary line. They are the most down home, charming soaps ever. Totally different than the equisite Erzulie and Heka soaps which are always divine; but equally fabulous to them. The weekend of Dec. 9th I stopped into your store to get help with
fertility after trying for two years. Ten days later I was
pregnant!!!!!

We had been trying for two years - with and without medical help. My
husband & I did therapy, hypnosis, accupuncture, ate strange foods,
tried IUI 4 times - I mean, we did everything! Nothing worked. We came

Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your Mail order. I stopped at your store in May just before Katrina happened and was very impressed with the store but I had not ordered anything mail order until now. I ordered the cleansing soap for my son and a braclet for my sister for christmas. I ordered it on Sunday evening and had it by noon on wednesday. It could not have been faster. I had to send the soap to my son express mail to get it to him that faster. I was expecting it to take a week or more. I am planning on visiting your store in Feb. I'm gonna tell you something and it's the straight-up truth, no joke, no exaggerating, I'm as surprised as anyone else by this. I got some of Mambo Michele's baths and the Peace and Healing soap from you to get rid of some nastiness that was hanging around me. It all worked fine, which I quite expected but there was one added benefit that I did not expect.

I have suffered from Fibromyalgia and it has gotten worse over the past 2 years. It has hindered my work, my dancing, my art sometimes and my life in general. When I use that Peace and Healing soap, though, it greatly reduces whatever body pain I am having and makes my energy feel somewhat restored.

It's not a total cure, but it helps sooo very much and when you have to live with a chronic illness, that much help in a soap-bar is a miracle in itself. You guys really have a great product there and you can put me on the site, quote me, whatever. Thanks for making something that acually helps!

You know, I did tell Anna how much I love the Ezili Freda bath salts but I thought I should leave it on the site, in case a fellow artist comes by that might be having creative block or suffering a staleness of vision. Everytime I take a bath in those fantastic bath salts, I am infused with so much creative vision, I couldn't possibly paint all the ideas that come into my head each bath I take using those salts!! I just want to tell you that I have had three readings with her, I believe and one that really bad for me in that things were going really wrong in my life and thankfully Kalila was honest, but kind of enough to let me know what would be coming down the road so I could brace for them and take action immediately. She also taught me a little more about the spirits and how to work with them which made me a better partner with them. This is key, they have patience but gosh the work is done much more efficiently if you can work within their boundaries.

Kalila is wonderful, everything she has said has come true and she educates you on things as well during the readings. So, if she tells you something wonderful is giong to happen, she cautions you to let things happen naturally instead of pushing them. Which in my case is good, since I am in sales. Anyway, if I haven't written about her, forgive me, because I meant to in my last reading - but I think because of my situation I was too engrossed in the challenges day-to-day to be sensitive. So, please accept this to right a wrong and let people know that she is wonderful, smart, very good at readings and everything she said has come true and that she is kind and has compassion in her readings. The compassion is good whether the reading holds all good things or some challenges. I would highly recommend her anytime to anyone. And hopefully my delay in this recommendation did not hurt anyone's chances to meet with Kalila. Of course, I don't want her to get so busy that I cannot get scheduled. Ha.

I ordered the 40 day Wealth Drawing Hindu Meditative Ritual Kit working with Lakshmi. I have been temping for a very long time and desperately needed a permanent job with benefits. The company I was temping for was hoping to offer me the job I was doing but there was a corporate takeover, blah blah, and other factors and it didn't look possible. Just wanted to let you know that I received the eye cream and absolutely love it!! As a high end user of skin care (have used every line including but limited to La Mer, Lancome, Carita, Dr. Perricone, Biomed, Dalphin and many more) I am always somewhat skeptical about promises and what the product will do and not do, most promises are not kept.

However, I was pleasantly surprised the eye cream is perfect. Use very very little, it is not greasy, it actually goes on the skin very nicely and stays put which most products seem to creep into other areas. Although I normally wait until I have used a product for 30 days, I decided to let others know that this is a wonderful product and that I have seen results immediately! My lines are diminishing and when I wake up in the mornings, that area feels incredible. Also, I use this product around my lip area, ears (both front and back - should always use the products all the around the ear) and under the chin where the line grows up your face. Everyone should use this product, the price is great and it will last at least 6 months.

Anyway, thank you for this product and I look forward to purchasing others from you!

My best friend Lisa and I had the pleasure of meeting you last September when we visited New Orleans (we were part of Stephanie's Haunted History Voodoo Tour group). You were very gracious and spoke with us for a considerable amount of time after everyone else had left. The overwhelming sense of peace, comfort and serenity that we experienced while in your store was one that we have yet to experience anywhere else. Needless to say you made a lasting impression on the both of us -- enough so that we were quite worried about you and Erzrulie's after Katrina hit. We were very relieved to receive your newsletter today and are happy that everyone is okay.

We are confident that New Orleans is going to come out of this stronger than ever and are in the middle of planning another trip to New Orleans for October of next year. Needless to say we will definitely stop in for a visit. :)

I have just completed the 9th day of my “Remove This Obtacle” spell. Things started being banished after the very first night of the spell. The obstacles between the man with whom I’m madly in love and me began to crumble immediately.

I was looking for work here in a part of the country where jobs are exceedingly difficult to get. I had re-approached a company that had wanted me to come work for them last fall but chose instead to go elsewhere. They offered me the job over the phone—without having re-interviewing me.

I will negotiate the money end on the first day of work, and I’m very comfortable with that. I know I’ll get what I want on that end. My confidence is solid and grounded. There are other obstacles that are also being removed—resources and people are popping in and out all over the place to make my wishes and desires materialize.

Interestingly, the 8th day is when I realized that I still wasn’t being specific enough. I then asked for the specific job—and got it within 18 hours. This last night I again became extremely precise in what I want from the man with whom I’m in love as is he with me. I know that all of it will materialize easily and effortlessly.

The interesting thing to me was how I changed and transformed throughout this process. Not only did the people and things around me shift, but also I shifted as well. Some of the changes I sought came about because the obstacles in me—not saying what I wanted from people who could assist me, for example—evaporated.

I’m amazed. Thank you for putting together such a magical kit. You know, I’ve gotten used to doing this every night after midnight. I’m almost going to miss the routine—except that I’m not much of a night person. ;)

Anyway, I’m eternally grateful for you and your shop and your help. I would highly recommend your spell kits to anyone.

"Anna, I have to tell you...as I told your employees this last weekend while on my honeymoon...

In October, my mom and I discovered your store, and since then I have been reading and learning and discovering voodoo/hoodoo. I have used your oils as well as those from other vendors.

My e-mail has two purposes. First of all, I just wanted to share what a lovely experience I had visiting Erzulie's last week. It was one of the last stops on my first trip to New Orleans (it's difficult to believe that it's taken me 24 years to get myself down there.

Hopefully it won't be another 24 before I'm back, though!) yet wound up being the one that left the most impression on me.
